Beterbiev vs. BIVOL 2 – Heeraz vs. Adams’ results and reactions

Many of the fans at the Kingdom Arena in Saudi Arabia were there to cheer in Hamzah Sheeraz. Perhaps it is safe to say that many of them have remained unhappy. Sheeraz faced the WBC Carlos Adames Middle Weight champion in a divided draw (115-114 Sheeraz, 118-110 Adames & 114-114).

Sheeraz produced a show up and down against Adams. He seemed uncertain about himself from time to time and was not ready to open to pursue the chain for which he became known during his rise to this opportunity.

After the war, the Sheeraz team said their fighter could have suffered a broken hand during the war – which could potentially explain his sedentary aggression.

Adams deserve the loan for Sheeraz’s underestimating performance. The proud Cuban champion was wildly deserved by entering the war. Many of them were expecting him to become the 18th victim of Ko Sheeraz.

The champion did not come to the war to agree. Many believe that he deserved the decision and was robbed. Notes statistics suggest that they are correct.

Adams out-of-Toka Sheeraz 143-135 in total punches and extensively defeated the challenger at energy shots, 90-48.

The word “r” is thrown very freely after fighting with narrow results. This is the case. There were some people in the boxing community making their feelings known after reading the results of judges.

It is difficult to mark close rounds. Often this comes down to what a judge favors: activity, aggression or accuracy. Ideally, a judge will consider all three along with the effectiveness of the punches. At the end of the day, a draw was not the worst decision.

In my score card, Adames deserved the decision, seven rounds in five, but I can live with a draw, as well as the rest of the boxing community.

The rest of the card has been fun with an epic war to open the main card. The unanimous victory of Callum Smith’s decision to Joshua Buatsi is still the best night scrap. Both men had their moments, but Smith deserved to win the decision.

Smith Vs David Benavidez or maybe even a match against David Morrell looks like a great war.

Agit Kabayel marked the only evening ban victory through the first four rounds. Kabayel dismantled Zhilei Zhang with a sixth round KO. Zhang scored a knackdown in the fifth round, but he had emptied the tank at the time.

Kabayel destroyed him with body shots to end the evening. Sign up for Kabayel vs Anthony Joshua.

Vergil Ortiz Jr. He put a better career performance as he fought Israil Madrimov on a way for a victory of unanimous decisions. Ortiz is ready to challenge a lawful world title by following that performance.
